Phase 2 Medical’s Rochester, NH location was recently outfitted with 2,500 sq. ft. ISO Class 8 (100,000) cleanroom facility with an injection molding press. This was done in an effort to integrate quality plastic components in their customers’ disposable medical devices.

This recent addition helps reduce the cost and complexity involved in the high-volume manufacturing of single-use medical devices by giving Phase 2 Medical the ability to produce high-quality component molds.
Injection Molding Tools
In order to meet production and specification needs, Phase 2 Medical offers the following services:
- Tool design review and part design for manufacturing (DFM)
- Prototype and bridge tool sourcing

Injection Molding
Once the tools are received, the transition to the ISO Class 8 cleanroom is made in order to start the manufacturing phase. Disposable medical devices and/or their plastic components can be molded with the following materials:
