Investing in Medical Innovations – Congress & Fair is a two-day congress which will take place in the International Conference Centre in Katowice on 18–19 February 2016. The Congress will be held in parallel with the Health Challenges Congress organised by the PTWP SA Group, where 3,000 to 4,000 participants are expected. The Medical and Diagnostic Device Fair will be organised along with the Congress. The program of the Congress organised by MedInvest Scanner is directed mainly at investors who are interested in non-drug health technologies and biotechnology from all over the world. The primary goal of the Congress is to present investors with the innovators’ potential and facilitate their communication by establishing a regular Forum for exchanging of ideas and opinions between investors representing a diverse capital with innovators, inventors and rationalizers who conduct research and development works in medicine and related areas. The forum is dedicated to capital groups on the one hand and entrepreneurs interested in investing in the medical device market, and on the other hand to individuals or companies which offer ready solutions or innovations under development at a different R&D stages. During the Congress there will be several sessions including Panel of pitch presentations and Panel discussion, which will be attended by experts. Registered participants will have the chance to make an oral or poster presentation at a conference session at no extra fee. There will be also time for discussion after each panel of pitch presentations. Participants who wish to present their portfolio will have the chance to do so in stands (booths) at the Fair. Additionally, there will be a “round tables” section, where investors and innovators interested in specific offers will have the chance to meet.
