Ampoule Packaging

A new concept in ampoule packaging, molded of plastic and safe for unlimited consumer use, is available from James Alexander Corporation under the brand name plastiqueAmp.

Precise, pre-measured amounts of liquids, powders or pastes can be filled in the plastic ampoule, which is then hermetically sealed. The plastiqueAmp is then topped with a dropper, swab, or brush for dispensing. Squeezing the pressure point releases the seal and the product is ready for use.

Made of polypropylene, the plastiqueAmp preserves the freshness of the product, releasing it only when squeezed with moderate pressure. The ampoule remains a single molded piece after activation, with no danger of fragments entering the product or being exposed to the user. Like the traditional crushable glass ampoule, the plastiqueAmp requires no cap or closure, and needs no blade or shears to open.

The plastiqueAmp can be used for disposable items, one-time-use medications and cosmetics, sample products, amenities, and more. James Alexander Corporation meets current GMP and FDA regulations. Custom sizing, labeling, and secondary packaging operations are available.
