Since 1982, Atcor has been a leading supplier of semi-custom, high-performance equipment for cleaning parts, components, containers, and shipping packages typically found in the semiconductor and mass storage industries. Atcor also provides contract cleaning services at facilities in San Jose, CA, and Singapore.

Our current line of modular ULTRA systems replaces solvent cleaning with high-performance aqueous cleaning. ULTRA precision cleaning systems are in-line, modular, multi-station, sequential flow machines with parts carried in baskets; all machines can be 300mm capable. To provide the highest level of particulate removal, we offer the choice of ultrasonic or spray cleaning. Our unique "dynamic drying" process provides high parts throughput without sacrificing cleaning quality. All processing takes place within the machine: parts being cleaned are not exposed to the outside environment during transfer between stations.
