Penn Engineeringer Series 2000 fastener-installation press system is designed for consistent operating performance to ensure reliable and accurate installation of self-clinching fasteners. The system features a programmable logic controller and touchscreen controls to minimize operator training and simplify use. It also includes Lightstream optic sensor safety system for operator safety and an advanced robotic arm for "hands off" installation of self-clinching fasteners. The system is CE certified to comply with applicable European standards, features a 24-in. throat depth, and performs at cycle rates ranging from 2,750 to 3,600 strokes/hour.
