Automatic Dispensing Table

The company offers an addition to their Automated Fluid Dispensing product line: Windows-based programming software. The new software, Techconsoft, incorporates Windows graphical and icon-driven concepts to provide an intuitive and user-friendly programming environment. Pull-down menus allow operators to quickly input their specific dispensing parameters, while on-screen positioning displays allow for real-time monitoring and control of the dispensing sequence. Programs created with the software can be created in minutes and saved for unlimited future use.

The software is available for both versions of the company's XYZ gantry tables: the TS3030 and the TS4545. The TS3030, a tabletop automated gantry dispensing table with a 300mm x 300mm work area, offers general assembly users the ability to completely automate their dispensing operations. The TS4545, with a 450mm x 450mm work area, offers a bigger work area for larger dispensing operations.

The software release complements the original DOS-based software package of the company's XYZ Tables product offering. All of the tables are compatible with the company's complete line of dispensing equipment, including valves, controllers and barrels.
