The Synergy I Bench Top Medical Tray Sealer from EMD Products features a compact design, and contains packages 12 x 16 x 3-in. deep that can be accommodated. The sealer is equipped with process controls that assure packages are manufactured to the highest standards. This sealer creates high integrity seals cycle after cycle that withstand the rigors of sterilization. With installed validation ports, users quickly conduct process assessment. Calibrated instrumentation includes solid state digital display dwell timer, temperature controller, thermocouple, and pressure gauge.

Synergy I offers ergonomic design, full safety package, internal storage of shuttle tooling tray, and easy-to-use centralized controls. Medical tray packagers can produce up to 5000 trays per shift with one operator.

Users can tailor the Synergy I to meet the needs of a particular application. Real time process monitoring, process limiting, networking, process reporting, and quality-matched tooling are a few of the many options available for the Synergy II.
