This integrated blister packaging and cartoning system
This integrated blister packaging and cartoning system features both rotary and platen sealing. The CP-200/P-1500 is compact at less than 25 ft. total line length. The thermoformer operates at speeds up to 250 blisters/minute, and the cartoner at up to 150 cartons/minute depending on the application. The cartoner can run straight-tuck, reverse-tuck, fifth panel and glue closure cartons. Additional features include:
•Dual sealing system
•Intermittent and continuous web movement
•Direct blister transfer system
•Tool-less changeovers and GMP design
