Boston Scientific, Medtronic announce settlement of patent litigations
Boston Scientific Corporation and Medtronic, Inc., recently announced that they have entered into an agreement to settle three patent lawsuits between the two companies. These lawsuits involved Boston Scientific's Keith patents and Medtronic's Enger patents and related to rapid exchange coronary stent delivery systems and rapid exchange balloon dilatation catheters of both parties. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
