Working with our customers, both domestic and international, we have provided millions of cubic feet of specialty plastic, including Brentwood-engineered, complex-shaped sheet media and our customers' proprietary products. Brentwood's wide range of products include a large variety of surface media for applications such as biological treatment of wastewater (in trickling filters, anaerobic reactors, aqua culture, anoxic cells, etc.), enhancing water clarification (as tube settlers in sedimentation basins and clarifiers), and thermal / cooling water (as "fill" in cooling towers).

At Brentwood Industries, our Water Technology Group has taken this core product line and has developed several proprietary treatement systems for a variety of water and wastewater applications. Our AccuLinks modular wastewater treatment plant uses our already established sheet media in an innovative submerged fixed-film wastewater treatment system. The combination of Brentwood's trickling filter media and new AccuPier design, results in a radically new and exciting trickling filter system design. Brentwood Industries Tube Settler Systems using the NSF Standard 61 AccuPac IFR-6000 tube settlers is the industry standard for top quality tube settler systems.

With over 100,000 installations fitted with Brentwood media, we have amassed a unique wealth of application expertise. Our technical staff has developed an extensive library of design evaluations and industry leading computer models in the areas of thermal performance and wastewater treatment design to assist in product selection, sizing, and application review.

Our North American operations include four principal manufacturing facilities--one at Reading, PA, consisting of 116,000 sq.ft. of factory premises on about six acres of land; the second at Hope, AR, with factory premises spanning 142,000 sq.ft. on about thirty acres of land; the third at Martinsburg, WV, consisting of 146,000 sq.ft. of factory premises on about twenty-five acres of land and the fourth at Lebanon, PA, with factory premises spanning 102,000 sq.ft. on about ten acres of land.

In the international market, our customers are located in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Gaza, Guam, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Jordan, Kazakhstan (previously Soviet Central Asia), Malaysia, Mexico, Panama, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
