Brushless rotary motors use technology in the magnetic circuit, thermal management, and winding to provide the highest level of performance for the motor volume. The Ulysses series come in frame sizes 17, 23, 34 and 42. The motors have continuous torque up to 90 lbs-in. A comprehensive line of options is available, such as encoders, resolvers and brakes, which can be configured in the field. Also available as brushless two-wire motors to directly replace existing brush-type motors. Additional options are IP65, flying leads and special shafts. Matching amplifiers are available.
