Our processing techniques are capable of producing small diameter capillary tubing in stainless steel, nickel alloys and low carbon steel, in both long coils and straight lengths.

The major application of capillary tubing is in the instrument and controls field, where it's used to transmit pressure changes over great distances by means of gases or liquids. An added application is our Chromat I.D. tubing, specially processed to assure uniform I.D. coating of chromatographic columns. Type 316 Chromat I.D. tubing, 0.0625" O.D. x .010", .020", and .030" I.D. are available for prompt shipment.

MATERIALS: Capillary tubing is available in 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, 347, 430TI, 446, 200, 400, 600, C-1008 and C-1010 alloys.
