Catheter Hole Locating and Drilling Machine

Technical Innovations, Inc.mbo is a precision bench-top, three- or four-axis automated catheter hole locating and drilling machine. It features X-axis (horizontal resolution to 0.000156 in.), rotary axis (rotational resolution to 0.12°), automated quill feed (vertical resolution to 0.001 in.), and optional Y-axis. It stores up to 16 patterns with no limit complexity or number of holes. Drill depth is set from the catheter surface. Drill speeds are from 200 to 20,000 RPM. Additional features include inch and metric version, custom and standard fixturing for most catheters and hole-making evaluations.
