To safeguard the accuracy of these results, and eliminate erroneous findings due to static atmosphere particulate contaminants, each component must be defect-free and molded under the cleanest conditions. These critical components are manufactured in Accutech's Clean Room, a Class 100,000 environment assuring you purity of less than 100 particles, which are 0.5 microns or larger, per cubic foot.

CLASS 10,000 CAPABILITY

When the potential for particle contamination must be reduced even further Accutech can add a Class 10,000 vertical flow enclosure to any of the presses in the Clean Room. Whatever level of assurance your product requires, you can be sure the integrity of its manufacturing environment will be maintained, because we continually monitor particle counts and staged positive pressure within the Clean Room.
