Closed-Cup Pad Printer

The COMBI 60 is a pneumatically-operated, closed-cup pad printer that meets the demand for a high quality, moderately-priced, single and two-color pad printer. The ability to switch quickly from single to two-color, or 60mm to 90mm ink cups, makes it suitable for custom molders or decorators who need flexibility in producing their pad printing jobs. This feature allows them to react quickly to custmers' ever changing demands.

Features and Benefits

• The reciprocating cliché and fully adjustable pad and pad-slide motion function make set-up and optional pad cleaning easy while decreasing production cost.
• The front-mounted control panel provides easy access to all major machine functions. The membrane "soft touch" keypad minimizes long-term failures found in most mechanical push-button controls.
• Production can be increased on easy-to-load parts by pressing the continuous operation mode. This allows the operator to load and unload parts without stopping the printer. More difficult-to-handle parts can be run in the single cycle mode.
• The double print feature allows users to print one print immediately on top of the previous print in order to increase the opacity of the color being printed.
• The adjustable pad delay can provide that little a full ink release from the pad without having to reformulate the ink-to-thinner ratios.
• The adjustable X/Y axis pad coupler allows for quick relocation of the image on the pad to prevent the pad tip from touching the ink.
• The optional pad clean-off device can be programmed to automatically clean the pad(s) at preset intervals. The clean-off unit fits neatly inside the printer with easy front access to allow quick change of tape rolls when required.
