Colorado MEDtech becomes the OneSource Outsource for comprehensive engineering and manufacturing solutions for the medical marketplace. By integrating all of its divisions, the company has focused into a more complete one-stop service. Colorado MEDtech's largest division, RELA, maintains its current business units as RELA Diagnostics, RELA Therapeutics, RELA Software and V&V. RELA Manufacturing is now CMED Manufacturing, and the company's former businesses, Novel Biomedical and Erbtec Engineering are now called Catheter and Disposables Technology, Inc. and Imaging and Power Systems, respectively. CMED Automation continues to provide automation technology. Colorado MEDtech's newest subsidiaries are Healthcare Systems and Services and CIVCO Medical Instruments. CIVCO Medical Instruments designs and develops minimally invasive and imaging accessory and guidance devices.
