Comet Way Java Agent Kernel for Windows 98/NT/2000

Source: Comet Way, Inc.
Comet Way's Java Agent Kernel is an application environment for networked, embedded / J2ME and process - control applications. It is tiny (the kernel is as small as 10K) and highly portable to various embedded and portable VMs, all functionality is encapsulated using the same agent interface (even the kernel that manages other agent processes), and it maps to a simple agent pattern language. The JAK has been deployed on a wide variety of platforms and virtual machines including Windows CE, PalmOS, Windows 2000, Linux, FreeBSD, Solaris, and MacOS. The release comes with a suite of useful agents, including agents that handle HTTP and SMTP sessions. Updated versions of the software for specific platforms are available from the Comet Way website.
