Component Assembly MEI adds value to its machined, fabricated, and thermoformed plastic components by providing turn-key assembly. In our assembly laboratory or our Class 1000 cleanroom we install customer consigned materials or purchased items including but not limited to:
- Inserts and fasteners
- O-rings, seals, gaskets
- Tubing, connectors, fittings
- Hinges and hasps
- Mechanical Components
- Electronic Components
- Cables and Harnesses
Testing of assembled components includes mechanical, electronic, mechanical and electronic gauging, and pressure testing.
