Connectors And Cable Assembly Solutions: Fischer UltiMate™ 07 Series
The Fischer UltiMate™ 07 Series is a collection of connectors and cable assembly solutions designed to operate in extreme environmental, industrial, and chemical conditions such as vibration, shock, rain, humidity, salt, fog, sand/dust, or temperature. All military connectors match IEC standards and requirements for medical device design and manufacturing.
The UltiMate Series features a new 10 pin layout, making the connectors available in five sizes (07, 08, 11, 13, and 18) and in configurations from 2 to 42 pins. From its smallest 07 size to its largest 18 size, all Fischer UltiMate connectors have the same performance and are perfectly suitable for harsh and extreme environments.
Cable assembly solutions may be designed to unique applications in fields related to medical, defense, industrial, energy, pharmaceutical, automotive, nuclear, and much more. Solutions include overmolded cable assemblies such as thermoplastic and silicone, rugged and submersible cable solutions, heat shrinking for added protection and support, and straight and right-angle overmolding. The UltiMate Series also offers Fisher Ultimate Bend Relief, a solution to bend cables with up to 10,000 constraints at a 90 degree angle with operating temperatures from -55 to +135 degrees Celsius, and resistance to UV.
