This system reduces operating costs by putting real-time profile data in the hands of the extruder operator to enable faster startups and improved control. Production quality is enhanced through real-time presentation of SPC charts and by 100% on-line sorting capability. Data is available to external software packages and interfaces to ultrasonic ID gauges, pullers, PLCs and PID controllers are available upon request.
