At PECO we pride ourselves on our reputation as a "can-do" casting operation--a resource for all your die casting needs that may be beyond the scope or ability of the average aluminum zinc or die caster. With our equipment and expertise, we're capable of producing runs both large and small, with manual or high-throughput automatic equipment.
Our casting skills extend to vacuum die casting, which enables the production of complex and thin wall parts not attainable with standard processes. This process reduces porosity, improves surface finishes for secondary coating, and results in higher quality parts with improved production yields.
Our hot chamber zinc machine provides for a greater range of cast-to-print features, and with zinc's lower casting temperature, your project will benefit from higher production rates, reduced tooling wear, and, likely, a lower overall unit cost to you.
Our custom casting capabilities extend to the delivery of your project as well, as we can provide your castings to you in as-cast, machined, finished, plated, or assembled form.
Finally, to assure that your requirements and tolerances are met, and live up to PECO's exacting standards, our casting and machining operation has its own dedicated quality control team, with personnel on hand at all times to coordinate and consult with your manufacturing staff.
