DIE CUT FILM for FACE SHIELDS are used in both the Surgical and Industrial markets. Films ranging from 4 mils to 40 mils can be precision die cut. PCITechnology features 3M anti-fog and anti-reflective polyester films. We use a unique interleaf material that attaches to each shield to insure that shields are not scratched during the production process and during shipment. We can die cut custom shapes.
Our processes include high speed rotary die cutting and flat bed die cutting. We can process flexible roll materials and rigid sheet materials.
