Eastprint Incorporated

Eastprint was founded as a manufacturer of flexographic and silk screen printed labels with medical and industrial pressure sensitive die cutting capabilities. Eastprint Incorporated became a privately owned corporation when it was purchased in 1978 by its General Manger, John Bianchi. In 1980 Eastprint became a membrane switch manufacturer, entering an industry that was less than five years old. Investments were made in engineering, electronic fabrication and test equipment. The target market became electronic original equipment manufacturers.

Steady growth supported the construction in 1987 of the existing 30,000 square foot manufacturing facility in North Andover Massachusetts. The membrane switch industry expanded and Eastprint differentiated itself by specializing in the production of value added electronic keyboards. Continuing capital investments in quality assurance programs, electronic assembly and manufacturing equipment support Eastprint's position as the leading supplier of custom electronic keyboards.
