The most powerful hand-held Black-light inspection lamp available. The ELC-251 employs a 250 watt metal halide gas pressure lamp generating an unprecedented average intensity of 15,000uW/cm ² at a distance of 15 inches (38.1 cm). The visible light emitted is less than 2%. A built in efficient cooling fan assures years of trouble free operation. Applications include room light non-destructive testing (NDT), hydrocarbon detection, exposure of photoresists, product cleanliness inspection, solder flux detection, inspection of conformal coating, leak detection, petroleum testing and mineralogy. The ELC-251 will meet and exceed FPI and MPI mil specs. Also available in configurations for both ultraviolet and visible light curing applications.
