Esterline Acquires Memtron Technologies

Esterline Technologies announced that it has acquired privately held Memtron Technologies Inc., a designer and manufacturer of membrane switches and panels for medical, industrial computer, and other commercial markets. Michigan-based Memtron will be operated by Esterline's Seattle-based Korry Electronics subsidiary, a supplier of lighted switches and panels for aerospace applications.

The purchase price for the company was not disclosed.
