Flange-Mount Bearing Support

The Ezze-Mount flange-mount bearing support offers design engineers a convenient solution for face-mounting ball screw and acme screw assemblies. The support has a compact profile which economizes space requirements, saves design time, and optimizes performance of precision screw assemblies.

These bearing supports features durable steel construction and precision angular contact bearings that provide the high axial rigidity required for ball screw and acme screw applications. It has a high thrust load capacity to ensure system stiffness and accuracy. Stock sizes fit ½ in. to 1½ in. ball screws and 7/16 in. to 1½ in. acme screws.

The flange mounts accommodate higher operating loads compared to similar size units. Their versatile installation allows the supports to be oriented towards or away from the drive end of a screw assembly. The complete package includes: compact housing, precision bearings, replaceable seals, locknut and lockwasher.
