Contract Fusion Inc.50XL industrial miniature stud welder uses fusion welding technology to produce true metallurgical bonds faster than soldering, brazing, riveting or other attachment methods. Small studs from 0.18 to 0.107-in./diam. can be welded without annealing, distortion or discoloration. Typical applications include short production runs, R&D and prototyping. The welder will fit on any benchtop. Additional features include adjustable fixturing to handle a range of part configurations and tight positioning tolerance to assure weld-to-weld accuracy.
