The Design Process
Glenro designs its oxidizers for optimum performance and energy efficiency. We evaluate your application needs thoroughly, and prepare detailed quotations that fully describe the system. Each oxidizer is designed to be a proven solution™ that is sized to operate efficiently for your exhaust stream's volume, the types and concentration of VOCs present, and your heat recovery requirements. Glenro's detailed quotations specify the performance objective for VOC destruction, optimal operating conditions for the oxidizer, and the BTUs per hour of heat to be recovered.

Materials and Manufacturing
In manufacturing oxidizers we use high quality materials, and make extensive use of stainless steel for corrosion resistance. Oxidizer heat exchangers are fully insulated and steel clad to minimize heat loss. Burner chambers are fully insulated and accessible. Oxidizer supply fans are sized to fit each specific application, and are designed for quiet, efficient operation. Glenro oxidizers include insulated ductwork manufactured for energy efficiency and neat appearance.

Many Glenro oxidizers are preassembled, skid-mounted units, shipped ready for installation, and include assembled safety gas trains, control programming and wired electrical controls. We do the work in our plant to help control your on-site installation costs.
