The MPS 6340 table-top continuous rotary heat sealer provides good seal quality. The portable unit is suited for light-weight applications of punches up to eight oz. The sealer provides an adjustable head for sealing angles that range from 0° (vertical) to 45° (angled), easy access for quick change of Teflon-coated bands, and an optional product shelf for consistent loading and sealing performance. Utilizing air-pressurized heating and cooling bars, digital temperature control and digital tachometer, it also offers audio alarms, an external thermocouple jack and reverse feed for the validation of the sealing parameters. An optional data acquisition system is offered for quality assurance and analysis.
