High Precision Injection Molding and Mold Making

With 25 to 450 ton presses, applied robotics, and automated inspection processes, we provide a variety of precision molding capabilities utilizing a wide range of engineering resins.

Product and Process Engineering
As part of our "Customer Focused Program Management," MedSource's product and process engineering is available to provide development and design services. We use Pro Engineer Computer Aided Design Software to assist in creating and refining parts and components. We also provide part prototyping including SLA, SLS and Urethane Casting.
Solid Modeling
MedSource's professional design engineers used 2-D, 3-D and solid modeling technology to work more efficiently. From mold design and surface data for generating tool paths to analytical work such as finite element analysis, stress analysis, solid modeling is and ideal and cost-effective way for making stereo-lithography parts for initial inspection and various forms of rapid tooling.
Tool Making
In addition to solid modeling technology, MedSource offers design services using CAD and CAM software as well as advanced EDM and CNC technology. Our highly trained and highly experienced work force have the knowledge, the technology and the commitment to create any part or tool you can imagine.
