The data sheet describes the PREP process which has produced powders from virtually every metal and alloy where high sphericity, cleanliness, and high yields are required. Eliminating the introduction of ceramic material, this process assures high purity and free-flowing powders with a highly controlled median particle size with a specified range from 18 to 325 MESH (1000 to 44 microns).

Providing a photograph depicting the uniformly spherical PREP powder particles and a graphic illustrating the plasma rotating electrode process, the two-page data sheet includes, the process' key features and typical PREP powder characteristics.
