A high torque stepping motor with coiled cable from Eastern Air Devices is recommended in applications such as X-Y positioning equipment, where motor movement and load capacities are critical to precision operation.

The cable packages lead wires and eliminates cable strain by extending and contracting during motor movement. Fully extended cables reach up to 10-ft., or are available in other lengths.

Based on 1.8 degree step angles, this two phase hybrid motor achieves high angle accuracy in full, half, and high resolution microsteps. Motors are available in 1.8, 2.2, and 3.1-in. lengths with bipolar holding torques up to 250 oz-in. NEMA gearhead compatible, the motor is furnished with 4, 6, or 8 leads.
