A line of imaging equipment for screen printing consists of lighting systems that incorporate a single point light source that allows accurate exposure and reduces light scatter in order to reduce exposure time and provide uniform results. The OLEC Metal Halide Light Systems, for instance, include computer-designed reflectors, micro-electronics, protective circuitry, controlled cooling, and service-free rotary shutters. The systems feature collimated light, electronic servo cooling, constant wattage ballast, rapid start, safety glass interlock, and low power switching.
