Introducing Hail Guard, a New Line of Protective Industrial Netting

PRESS RELEASE: February 21, 2001- Naltex, the major manufacturer of extruded plastic netting for industrial markets has introduced Hail Guard, a new line of protective industrial netting. Hail Guard is a rigid extruded plastic mesh intended to replace costly expanded metal screens in outdoor HVAC units and pool heaters. Designed to protect coils from damage caused by extreme weather and debris, the diamond configuration can be designed to meet the government standard for the 1/4 inch hail test.

Naltex Hail Guard is UV-stabilized and will not fade, rust, corrode or require painting, like most metal products. In addition, this non-woven netting will not unravel or produce sharp edges when cut and is easily installed. Naltex can manufacture netting to meet a variety of custom specifications, including a flame retardant formulation.
