IV Filter Unit

Millipore introduces a high throughput, in-line IV filter, the IV Express Filter Unit. This sterilizing unit features express polyethersulfone membrane (0.22 µm) for high throughput and long life, as well as Durapel Super-hydrophobic vent membrane for air elimination.

The product has a 96-hr. rating; can be used with gravity or pump feed; and can be sterilized by ethylene oxide gas, gamma, or electron-beam radiation. It also has a maximum operating temperature of 45 °C, and a maximum operating pressure of 3.2 bar (45 psig) differential from inlet to outlet at 25 °C.

The unit is housed in Eastar PETG copolyester.
