Jabil To Supply Next-Gen Cellular Medication Dispenser For DayaMed

St. Petersburg, FL. –– Jabil Circuit, Inc. (NYSE: JBL) announced today it will deliver for DayaMed the next generation of its cellular medication dispenser and patient-centered data and communication hub, the medPOD.

Through DayaMed’s HIPPA compliant cloud, the medPOD creates a new platform for patient health information:

• Connects to biometric devices via Bluetooth
• Creates a new, auditable metric for patient-centered disease management called Real-time Medication Adherence (RMA). RMA records the place, time and the exact medication taken
• Hardware and software technology is powered by Samsung and connected by the AT&T LTE Network
