Kodak To Acquire Medical Imaging Business

Eastman Kodak Co. has announced that they will acquire most of Imation's Corp.'s worldwide medical imaging business, including its DryView laser imaging business.

Kodak's $520 million transaction will include Imation's manufacturing facilities in White City, OR and Oakdale, MN, and all of the outstanding shares of Imation's Cemax-Icon subsidiary in Freemont, CA.
