LDB Medical, Inc. (LDBM) is FED registered and a Certified Provider to programs like Medicare and Medicaid. We provide products from one central location to patients throughout the United States.

Our typical contact is by phone with a product user, caregiver, nurse or physician. We have no walk-in business.

People call our 800 number, available 24 hours every day, for products including ostomy, incontinence, urologicals, skin care, home medical equipment and accessories. After placing their order, they go about their business confident that one call is bringing all their medical needs from out door to their door.

In addition to patient initiate individual orders, LDBM can preplan and manage a supply program based on a patient's diagnosis and utilization requirements.

We have no minimum order requirement. Orders are shipped complete within 24 hours by UPS. Most are shipped the same day as received.

Our primary expertise is in two areas:

On time delivery anywhere of medical supplies for patient lifestyle maintenance at home or work. Most of our patients live at home. We can serve anyone anywhere.

Fully integrated computerization, including order processing, EDI, inventory management, financials, insurance filing and management of information like lot numbers, ICD-9 Codes, HCPCS Codes and other data required for quality care, documentation and follow up.

In addition to the ability to provide virtually any product or brand, we have the product knowledge and experience to educate patients toward equal products that cast less, products for better care that cost the same, or sometimes better products for less.

Because of the diversity of medical needs, the possible product requests are endless. No drugstore or retail home health supply store can carry every product and the typical retail employee has little, or no, medical product knowledge. Patients and medical personnel are often referred to LDBM because of our product knowledge and reputation fro customer service.
