Light Curing Adhesives

The USP Class VI-compliant line of light curing adhesives for medical device assembly is also ISO 10993 certified. The 1000 series MD medical device adhesives react to visible and UV light resulting in cure time reductions. Ultra Light-Weld technology also permits bonding of UV-inhibited and tinted plastics to form crystal clear bonds. Ultra fluoredcing technology enables in-line inspection of the adhesive bond line with low-intensity "black light" or automated vision equipment for high speed, high volume production.
