IVEK's LINEAR STRIPER is a semi-automatic positioning/dispensing system intended for continuous non-contact fluid dispensing onto various substrates. This system was created and built with the specific needs and requests of the diagnostic manufacturer in mind. The precisely controlled motion of the vacuum plate slide carriage and IVEK dispensers together provide for extremely precise and consistent reagent line impregnation.

Operation of the LINEAR STRIPER through soft keys and thumbwheels allows for immediate precise control over all system functions and has virtually eliminated the need for mechanical adjustments. The flexibility of the LINEAR STRIPER makes it an ideal research and development tool as well as a full production machine. Striper systems have been built with as few as 2 lines up to over 60 lines. The system utilizes IVEK's positive displacement ceramic piston/cylinder dispensing technology that has been validated for production in this application for over a decade.

Other features include: compatibility with IVEK's DIGISPENSE 2000, MULTISPENSE 2000, and MULTIPLEX systems, non-contact dispensing technique, pulse-free fluid delivery, inert wetted components and computer control.
