The OPA686 and OPA687 are high gain stable, voltage feedback operational amplifiers designed for driving high performance analog-to-digital converters.

The OPA686 and OPA687 are high gain stable, voltage feedback operational amplifiers designed for driving high performance analog-to-digital converters (ADC's) in communications and medical imaging applications. These op amps combine high bandwith and large signal performance with ultra-low distortion and input noise.

The OPA687 features 3.8 GHz gain bandwith product, 0.95nV/root(Hz) input voltage noise, -95dBc distortion (5MHz), 900V/µs slew rate, and is specified for operation on ±5Vsupplies.

The OPA686 features 1.6 GHz gain bandwith product, 1.3nV/root(Hz) input voltage noise, -95dBc distortion (5MHz), 600V/µs slew rate, high DC accuracy, +120mA/-90A output current, and is stable for gains above 7.
