BeamSquared is a high accuracy M2 laser beam propagation system that measures beam quality to optimize performance in continuous use applications, from scientific research to rapid prototyping to fabrication and machining.

BeamSquared is equipped with mirrors that direct the focused laser beam into the camera to precise locations, and then translate the beam through the near field, waist, and far regions. All measurements, translations, and incremental beam attenuation are automatically controlled by the BeamSquared software. The BeamSquared system has now decreased the reporting time by two to three times, making it possible to present M2 reports in under a minute.
