The Pemserter Series LT/4 bench-mounted manual press is designed to install unified or metric self-clinching nuts, studs and standoffs requiring three tons of insertion force or less. It provides a throat depth of 10 in. and ram force of 6,000 lb. to handle a range of fastening application requirements. The press complies to applicable CE requirements and is engineered with a variety of features to ensure safe, easy and dependable operation. These features include an internal point-of-operation safety for increased worker confidence and a removable anvil base to accept custom anvil holders. Pneumatic power delivers speed and consistency, requiring shop air only, and cycle rates up to 1,800 strokes/hour can be achieved. Rapid tooling changeover minimizes potential job interruption.
