Ever wish you could make burrs disappear, improve the appearance and surface finish as well as passivate your parts all in one operation? With the Mass Metal Finishing system all this is possible. Using a nontoxic chemical bath in which parts are dipped, burrs in hard to reach internal areas are removed, a bright and shiny surface is achieved and a part which certifies to Passivation specification QQ-P-35A results. Any material including, but not limited to Nitinol, Titanium, Stainless Steel (300 series, 400 series, 17-4 PH), Aluminum, Brass and Copper react well to this process. A 3 to 5 day turn around time is guaranteed.
