Maverick Manufacturing & Filters, established in 1991, is a modern manufacturing facility located in Amarillo, Texas. We have been in the filter industry for 15 years. We design and build state-of-the-art filter winding machines, using laser cut frames and precision machined components, which produces filters superior in quality and performance to other filters currently being produced. Due to the superior winding characteristics of our winders, we can produce more continuous wound filters in less time.

We would like to offer you the opportunity to manufacture your own filters in house. By using our filter winding machinery you can eliminate the higher cost of purchasing filters from an outside source. Thus reducing your operating expenses and gain control over quality and availability. We have many customers world wide who have chosen to do just that.

Our machines produce filters in a wide range of lengths ranging from 3" to 72.5" and micron ratings from 1 to 200. They are used in various applications, including prefilters for reverse osmosis and desalination water treatment plants, environmental uses, food and beverage industry, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and refineries, oil and gas exploration and production, electronics fluids industry, electroplating, mining operations and many, many more. These machines were designed with ease of micron and length changes in mind, requiring no more than a five minute set up time. Less time for set ups is more time for production.
