Medical-Grade Spunbonded Olefin

Dupont Tyveks a lower basis weight style of medical-grade Tyvek spunbonded olefin designed for less-demanding flexible packaging applications. With the addition of TiO₂ as an opacifier, the olefin has good opacity and whiteness, which provides high print contrast and makes bar codes more readable. It features low fiber tear and generates virtually no airborne particulates upon package opening and is resistant to penetration by water and other liquids and is compatible with traditional sterilization methods.
