From simple monolayer films to complex multilayer laminations and co-extrusions, we can formulate, extrude, and form sheathes and sleeves for each unique customer application. MEDICAL SHEATH & SLEEVE MATERIALS
Medical barrier sheathes, sleeves, and covers can be produced using an array of polymers, each formulated specifically for the intended application. Polymers include thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPUs), thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs), polyamides (nylons, Pebax®), thermoplastic polyesters (Hytrel®, Arnitel®), ethylene vinyl acetates (EVAs), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), polypropylene, polyethylene, and more.
