MHI INTRODUCES NEW MSJ SERIES INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
Available in a variety of sizes (90, 150, 180, 210, 270, 320, 390 and 500 ton models), the MSJ is full of features. For reduced energy costs and excellent repeatability, the MSJ includes a high efficiency variable displacement pumping system (up to 320 tons). Other features include dual injection cylinders, a large tie bar clearance, three-way part removal (up to 320 tons), two-stage clamping, a jet purge circuit for reduced set-up and color change times, a true clamp separation circuit and off line oil filtration. And Mitsubishi's new easy-to-operate MAC-VII controller is included as standard.
