Micro-Biomedical Tubing, Inc. (MBT) was founded in 1992. It manufactures polyimide tubing products for use in medical devices. Polyimide tubing offers excellent chemical and temperature resistance, tensile strength up to 30 kpsi and a modulus of elasticity of around 500-600 kpsi. Polyimide's dielectric strength is the highest of any plastic @ 4,000 Volts/mil.
