MicroDose

Unicep combined the best features of squeeze tubes, pouches and pillow packs into one package and called it MicroDose. Designed for dispensing when control and precision are necessary, a gentle squeeze between thumb and finger guarantees accuracy. Unlike pillow packs or pouches, the contents go where you want. Available in various sizes and colors, your customers will love the convenience of the MicroDose.

Accurate

Your customers easily and repeatedly can dispense as little as 40 microliters to a specific site. For faster dispensing, the tip can be shortened to open a larger diameter. With bulb volumes ranging from 0.18ml to 8ml, we can fill the MicroDosewith tolerances as close as +/-0.02ml.

Disposable

For health care products, the MicroDose ensures no cross contamination. Also, the small size is perfect for sampling programs, small assembly kits, and product accessorries such as lubricants for bearings or adhesives for wood products. Constructed of one-piece LDPE, MicroDose units are recyclable.

Precise
Originally engineered for the direct placement of dental products to teeth, the design allows for line-of-sight visibility, even in awkward, hard to reach locations.

Cute
